FOCUS FRIDAY is a monthly lecture series led by one of LRMA’s docents or curatorial staff to highlight a work from the museum’s permanent collection. The program takes place on the first Friday of every month (February – May and September – December) at 12:00 – 1:00 pm in the Made in Florida Gallery.

Friday, November 6, 2026, will explore the photography of Len Prince including a stunning Untitled black-and-white photograph created in 2008. Presented by Docent Jean Ligon.

This gallery features the collection of the former Gulf Coast Museum of Art. In 2010, the Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art acquired the collection which ranges from landscape paintings by noted 19th century American artist George Inness to contemporary photographer Clyde Butcher.
