6:00 – 7:00 PM
Join us for the premier of the short film No Know Nothing by Director/Writer/Producer Elizabeth Indianos.
NO KNOW NOTHING involves Art and its significance. It is a multidisciplinary work, featuring art, an original musical score, videography, costume and set design.
In the story, the Goose-stepping bully, WARMAN, aims to extinguish self-expression and pull the plug on all our cultural artifacts—but can he? Cave Girl knows, that even if all were destroyed, we will go on, continue to create, it’s in our human nature to do…
The work is an antiwar premise, asking simply, who are we as humans? Who are we without all that defines us and what we create, all those iconic things in culture that make us who we are all over the earth?
In this brief, 10-minute work, the character CAVEGIRL eternally and instinctively creates and prevails, with her, “ability to build a future landscape in crisis, one that will renew and flourish.”
