The Augusta Azalea
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. pineapple juice
splash of grenadine
-Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass.

The Desert Heat (Onmi Rancho Las Palmas)
2 oz. silver tequila
1 oz. lime juice
3/4 oz. agave nectar
1 slice of jalapeño
3 slices of cucumber
-Muddle cucumbers, jalapeno, lime juice and agave nectar in a shaker tin. Add tequila and ice and shake. Double strain into a lowball and garnish with a slice of jalapeño and a slice of cucumber.

1 oz. lime juice
3/4 oz. agave nectar
1 slice of jalapeño
3 slices of cucumber

Smoking Jacket (Inn at Bay Harbor)
1 oz. of bourbon
3/4 oz. mezcal
1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
bitters
cherry wood smoke
-Smoke a snifter glass or double old fashioned with cherry wood. In a mixing glass, stir bourbon, mezcal, sweet vermouth and bitters with ice. Strain into smoked glass.
